HOLLYWOOD-Giuliana Rancic may have had to fight her way onto the red carpet but she has a different fight as her family goes head to head against The Band Perry in the upcoming segment of “Celebrity Family Feud.” Rancic hopes her strong family bond will transfer into a win for her non-profit organization Fab-U-Wish (The Pink Agenda),” a non-profit that helps breast cancer victims connect with partners and funds that improves their lives in hopes of finding groundbreaking research to fight cancer.
Asked how prepared is her team, Rancic said, “Seriously for years and every interview I do, people ask which shows I binge watch and I say I always watch one and it’s “Family Feud.” I’m obsessed. Sometimes I watch four or five episodes a night. So when I found out I was doing this, I had everyone get the Family Feud app. Everyone’s been watching. We think we’re very prepared.”
Along with Giuliana, she is joined by her husband Bill Rancic, her sister-in-law Karen Soenen, Bill’s cousin Tom Comstock and Giuliana’s mother Anna DePandi.
On the other side, The Band Perry is playing for Teen Cancer America. The family members competing consists of Neil Perry, Kimberly Perry, Reid Perry, cousin Ann-Carter Bloomfield and cousin Hunter Bloomfield.
As part of their preparation for the show, Kimberly Perry explained, “We definitely downloaded the app. There’s actually two apps and we’ve answered every question on them and we tried to do faux game.”
