Inspired by true events, an inescapable tsunami engulfs a seemingly idyllic Norwegian tourist destination in “The Wave” available on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD Tuesday June 21 from Magnolia Home Entertainment. Directed by Roar Uthaug (the upcoming “Tomb Raider”), the effects-laden thriller depicts events that every Norwegian fears may one day happen: the country’s largest unstable mountainside plummets tons of rock and earth into the fjord below. Its path of destruction causes a nearly 300-foot high wave that gives the people of the small town of Geiranger mere minutes to leave their homes and reach higher ground.

Headlined by Kristoffer Joner (“The Revenant”) and Ane Dahl Torp (“Pioneer”), the drama follows geologist Kristian Eikfjord (Joner) and his family as they race against the clock to survive the impending wave. In what should have been their last night in the quaint town, Kristian and his wife, Idun (Torp), are on opposite ends of the popular tourist destination when the alarms sound warn them of the disaster that will soon submerge the streets. Idun, a hotel concierge, must find her son and help vacationers reach a safe haven, while Kristian must save their daughter and help others escape the inevitable catastrophe. “The Wave” is the first ever-Scandinavian disaster movie to bring the traditional Hollywood genre to the big screen.

Special features include a behind-the-scenes peek at the making-of featurette, an interview with director Roar Uthaug, and a captivating look at the visual effects used to create some of the film’s most unforgettable scenes. The Blu-ray and DVD will be available for the suggested retail price of $29.98 and $26.98, respectively.

It’s hard to believe that it’s been 15 years since a lovable green ogre captured the hearts of moviegoers of all ages. The DreamWorks Animation “Shrek Anniversary Edition” and “Shrek: 4-Movie Collection” are available on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD. “Shrek: 4-Movie Collection” contains the Academy Award winning animated feature film plus “Shrek 2,” “Shrek the Third” and “Shrek Forever After.”

The anniversary edition, available in a Blu-ray Combo (with DVD and Digital HD), the endearing green ogre (Mike Myers) goes on a daring quest to rescue feisty Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz), with the help of his lovable loudmouthed Donkey (Eddie Murphy), and win back the deed to his beloved swamp from scheming Lord Farquaad (John Lithgow). Special features include a featurette called “Shrek, Rattle & Roll Music & More,” a commentary by the filmmakers, deleted scenes and more.

ABC’s “How To Get Away With Murder: The Complete Second Season” is available on DVD Tuesday June 21. The acclaimed drama soars to arresting heights of lust, lies and manipulation as Emmy Award winner Viola Davis lays down the law in ABC’s “How To Get Away With Murder: The Complete Second Season.”

As the body count rises, Frank, Bonnie and the “Keating Five” dive into a docket of daunting new cases. “Janet King, Series 1: The Enemy Within” makes its DVD Debut on June 21, from Acorn, an RLJ Entertainment, Inc. brand. The eight-part Australian series focuses on the life of Janet King (Marta Dusseldorp), a senior crown prosecutor. Determined to prove she still has her edge, Janet returns from maternity leave to find her workplace even more demanding than when she left. She quickly becomes involved in a high profile and controversial case, making several enemies throughout her search for the truth, enemies that will threaten her career, family, and ultimately her life. Janet King co-stars Vince Colosimo (“The Great Gatsby”) as Chief Superintendent Jack Rizzoli and Aimee Pedersen as Janet’s life partner, Ashleigh Larsson.

The Wicked Witch of the West may have been defeated in their last outing, but it’s not long before a new villain emerges and threatens the magical Land of Oz. Only Tom and Jerry’s antics are clever enough to take on this new adversary.

When the Gnome King and his army surface from beneath Oz and capture the Good Witch, the wizard turns to Tom, Jerry and Dorothy for help.  He brings them back to Oz to help stop the evil monarch, who has threatened to take control of Emerald City. Having wreaked havoc throughout Oz, the Gnome King and his army need one thing to finalize their conquest—Dorothy’s ruby slippers. It’s up to Tom and Jerry to use their quick wits and clever schemes to save Oz. “Tom and Jerry: Back to Oz” is the second animated Tom and Jerry film based on the classic Wizard of Oz book series. Warner Bros released “Tom and Jerry & the Wizard of Oz,” in 2011.

Comedy Central’s “Workaholics” Season Six, will be available on DVD Tuesday June 21.  The DVD contains all 10 episodes starring Adam (Adam Devine, “Adam Devine’s House Party”), Blake (Blake Anderson) and Ders (Anders Holm). It also contains bloopers, deleted scenes and “Drunkmentary” on all episodes.

“Transformers: Robots in Disguise—Mission Discovery” is available on DVD. Bumblebee, Strongarm, Sideswipe and Grimlock, along with their human allies, Denny and Russell return with five new adventures, continuing their question to recapture the band of Decepticon prisoners that have escaped and hidden on Earth. Five episodes are on the disc from Shout! Kids, plus a toy featurette.
