Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths — Part Two (Animation, Action, Adventure)

Based on DC’s comic book limited series “Crisis on Infinite Earths” by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez, DC’s new animated film “Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths — Part Two” is now available to own on Blu-ray and as a limited-edition 4K UHD SteelBook from Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment.

An endless army of Shadow Demons bent on the destruction of reality swarms over our world and all parallel Earths. The only ones opposing it are the greatest superheroes in the multiverse. But not even the combined powers of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and their allies can slow the onslaught of this invincible horde. What mysterious force is driving it? And how do the long-buried secrets of the Monitor and Supergirl threaten to crush reality’s last defense?

Continuing the trilogy that marks the beginning of the end to the Tomorrowverse story arc, “Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths — Part Two” features returning voice cast members Jensen Ackles (“Supernatural”) as Batman/Bruce Wayne; Emmy winner Darren Criss (“Glee”) as Superman and Earth-2 Superman; Meg Donnelly (“High School Musical: The Musical: The Series”) as Supergirl and Harbinger; and Stana Katic (“Castle”) as Wonder Woman and Superwoman. Fans will be able to indulge in a range of bonus features included with the release, including two featurettes (“Voices in Crisis” and “The Bat-Family of the Multiverse”) and a sneak peek at “Justice League Crisis on Infinite Earths — Part Three.”

Madame Web (Action, Adventure, Sci-Fi)

The standalone origin story of one of Marvel publishing’s most enigmatic heroines, “Madame Web” swings onto 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD Tuesday, April 30, from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The film will also be available as a limited-edition 4K UHD/Blu-ray SteelBook.

The suspense-driven thriller stars Dakota Johnson (the “Fifty Shades” trilogy) as Cassandra Webb, a paramedic in Manhattan who may have clairvoyant abilities. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she forges a relationship with three young women destined for powerful futures — if they can all survive a deadly present.

“Madame Web” includes two featurettes on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, DVD and Digital: “Future Vision” and “Casting the Web.” The 4K UHD, Blu-ray and Digital releases add to the extras a gag reel, Easter eggs, a deleted scene and the featurettes “Oracle of the Page” and “Fight Like a Spider.”

Mean Girls (Comedy)

Celebrate 20 years of trying to make fetch happen with the original, wickedly funny “Mean Girls,” arriving for the first time on 4K Ultra HD from Paramount Home Entertainment.

After living in Africa with her zoologist parents, Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan, “Freaky Friday”) must brave the wilds of high school where she is taken under the wing of the popular girls, The Plastics, led by the cool and cruel Regina George (Academy Award nominee Rachel McAdams, “Spotlight”). What follows is a treasure trove of sharp, witty humor that defined a generation and inspired countless catchphrases, a hit Broadway musical and a new twist on the tale in 2024.

Released in theaters on April 30, 2004, “Mean Girls” became an audience and critical hit, earning more than $130 million worldwide. Tina Fey’s (“30 Rock”) brilliantly satirical and eminently quotable screenplay brought to life with hilarious performances by the exceptional cast made the film a pop culture sensation that continues to earn new fans 20 years after its theatrical debut.

The 20th anniversary 4K Ultra HD release of “Mean Girls” comes in a collectible hot pink case with a limited-edition o-sleeve featuring the infamous Burn Book and includes the brand-new featurette “‘Mean Girls’: Class of ‘04” where Fey and cast members from the new “Mean Girls” movie look back at the original film and discuss why it became a cult classic. The release also includes the following legacy bonus content: a commentary by director Mark Waters (“Mr. Popper’s Penguins”), Tina Fey and producer Lorne Michaels (“Saturday Night Live”); a Word Vomit blooper reel; deleted scenes with optional commentary by director Waters and Fey; the featurettes “Only the Strong Survive,” “The Politics of Girl World” and “Plastic Fashion;” and Interstitials.

Mean Girls (Comedy, Musical)

A new twist on the modern classic, “Mean Girls” arrives on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD Tuesday, April 30, from Paramount Home Entertainment. The film is also currently streaming on Paramount+.

New student Cady Heron (Angourie Rice, “The Nice Guys”) is welcomed into the top of the social food chain by the elite group of popular girls called The Plastics, ruled by the conniving queen bee Regina George (Reneé Rapp, “The Sex Lives of College Girls”). However, when Cady makes the major misstep of falling for Regina’s ex-boyfriend Aaron Samuels (Christopher Briney, “The Summer I Turned Pretty”), she finds herself prey in Regina’s crosshairs. As Cady sets to take down the group’s apex predator with the help of her outcast friends Janis (Auli’i Cravalho, “Moana”) and Damian (Jaquel Spivey, “Made in Hollywood”), she must learn how to stay true to herself while navigating the most cutthroat jungle of all: high school.

The 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray releases include more than 30 minutes of fetch bonus features as well as a sing-along version of the film featuring lyrics to select songs from the movie. Bonus content includes the extended scene “I’m Having a Small Get-Together at My House,” a gag reel, the “Not My Fault” music video with Reneé Rapp and Megan Thee Stallion and three featurettes: “A New Age of Mean Girl,” “Song and Dance” and “The New Plastics.”

Ocean’s Trilogy (Crime, Thriller)

“Ocean’s Eleven,” “Ocean’s Twelve” and “Ocean’s Thirteen,” the trilogy of beloved crime heist films from Academy Award-winning director Steven Soderbergh (“Traffic”), will be available for purchase on 4K Ultra HD and Digital for the first time as the “Ocean’s Trilogy” Tuesday, April 30, from Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment.

Soderbergh teams up with enough star power to light up the Las Vegas Strip in the sleek, stylish trilogy. “Ocean’s Eleven” kicks off the fun with a daring Las Vegas heist. The team doubles down and goes global to glamorous European locales in “Ocean’s Twelve.” And “Ocean’s Thirteen” has the group reuniting in Las Vegas for a dazzling scheme of payback against a backstabbing casino kingpin.

Inspired by and based on the 1960 heist film “Ocean’s 11,” the three films star two-time Academy Award winner George Clooney (“Syriana,” “Argo”), two-time Academy Award winner Brad Pitt (“Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood,” “12 Years a Slave”), Academy Award winner Matt Damon (“Good Will Hunting”) and Academy Award nominee Andy Garcia (“The Godfather Part III”). The 4K remasters were completed at Warner Bros. Discovery’s Motion Picture Imaging (MPI) with the participation of Soderbergh. The restored 5.1 digital audio mix was overseen by original re-recording sound mixer and sound editor Larry Blake (“Traffic”).

The “Ocean’s Trilogy” 4K Ultra HD and Digital releases come loaded previously released special features, including commentary tracks and making-of featurettes on all three films. Other extras include the featurettes “Pros & Cons: Inside Ocean’s Outfit,” “The Style of Steal,” “The Look of the Con” and “Original Ocean’s, Original Cool” on “Ocean’s Eleven;” deleted scenes on “Ocean’s Twelve;” and deleted scenes, “Ahab with a Piggyback: The Means & Machines of Ocean’s,” “Jerry Weintraub Walk and Talk” and “Masters of the Heist” on “Ocean’s Thirteen.” Each film will also be available to purchase individually on 4K Ultra HD with collectible SteelBook packaging.

The Disney+ series begins 10 years after the dramatic events of “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith” where Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor, “Trainspotting”) faced his greatest defeat — the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen, “Jumper”), who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.
