Based on the best-selling book by Freida McFadden, “The Housemaid” plunges audiences into a twisted world where perfection is an illusion and nothing is as it seems. Trying to escape her past, Millie (Sydney Sweeney, “Anyone but You”) accepts a job as a live-in housemaid for the wealthy Nina (Amanda Seyfried, “Mamma Mia!”) and Andrew Winchester (Brandon Sklenar, “It Ends with Us”). But what begins as a dream job quickly unravels into something far more dangerous — a sexy, seductive game of secrets, scandal and power. Behind the Winchesters’ closed doors lies a world of shocking twists that will leave viewers guessing until the very end.

“The Housemaid” comes home on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD with several special features, including theatrical trailers and two audio commentary tracks: one with director Paul Feig (“A Simple Favor”) and the other with Feig and the film’s creative team. The Testament of Ann Lee (Biography, Drama, History, Musical)

A gripping story of resilience and fervor, Searchlight Pictures’ “The Testament of Ann Lee” is now available to own on Digital.

Based on a true legend, “The Testament of Ann Lee” depicts the story of the founder of the devotional sect known as the Shakers. Amanda Seyfried (“Mean Girls”) stars as the Shaker’s revered, irrepressible leader who preaches gender and social equality. With reimagined Shaker hymns, the film captures Lee’s ecstasy and agony in her quest to build a utopia.

Believing that Lee had been completely overlooked by history, award-winning writer-director Mona Fastvold (director of “The World to Come,” co-writer of “The Brutalist”) was inspired to write, produce and direct “The Testament of Ann Lee.” Co-written by Fastvold and Brady Corbet (“The Brutalist”), “The Testament of Ann Lee” has earned praise on the film festival circuit and received numerous award nominations, including Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture — Musical or Comedy for Seyfried at the 2026 Golden Globes.

The Digital release of “The Testament of Ann Lee” contains one singular bonus feature — the 21-minute featurette “‘The Testament of Ann Lee:’ A Special Look.” Viewers can join the filmmakers and cast members, including Fastvold and Seyfried, for a behind-the-scenes look at making an original film about compassion, empathy, community and one woman’s charismatic leadership in founding the Shaker movement. Viewers will learn details about the research, set design, cinematography, choreography, music and costume design that helped create “The Testament of Ann Lee’s” spellbinding look and feel.
