Crazy Rich Asians
The only thing crazier than love is family when “Crazy Rich Asians” arrives Tuesday Nov. 20 on Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD and Digital.
“Crazy Rich Asians” features an international cast of stars, led by Constance Wu (“Fresh Off the Boat”), Gemma Chan (“Humans”), Lisa Lu (“2012”), Awkwafina (“Ocean’s 8,” “Neighbors 2”), Ken Jeong (the “Hangover” films”) and Michelle Yeoh (“Star Trek: Discovery,” “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon”).
The “Crazy Rich Asians” ensemble also includes Henry Golding, making his feature film debut, Sonoya Mizuno (“La La Land”), Chris Pang (“Marco Polo”), Jimmy O. Yang (“Silicon Valley”), comedian Ronny Chieng (“The Daily Show”), Remy Hii (“Marco Polo”), Nico Santos (“Superstore”) and Jing Lusi (“Stan Lee’s Lucky Man”).
Jon M. Chu (“Now You See Me 2”) directed “Crazy Rich Asians,” based on the acclaimed worldwide bestseller by Kevin Kwan. Color Force’s Nina Jacobson and Brad Simpson, and Ivanhoe Pictures’ John Penotti, produced the film, with executive producers Tim Coddington, Kevin Kwan, Robert Friedland and Sidney Kimmel. The screenplay is by Peter Chiarelli and Adele Lim.
The story follows New Yorker Rachel Chu (Wu) as she accompanies her longtime boyfriend, Nick Young (Golding), to his best friend’s wedding in Singapore. Excited about visiting Asia for the first time but nervous about meeting Nick’s family, Rachel is unprepared to learn that Nick has neglected to mention a few key details about his life. Not only is he the scion of one of the country’s wealthiest families, but also one of its most sought-after bachelors. Being on Nick’s arm puts a target on Rachel’s back, with jealous socialites and worse, Nick’s own disapproving mother (Michelle Yeoh) taking aim.
“Crazy Rich Asians” will be available on Blu-ray Combo Pack for $35.99 and DVD for $28.98. The Blu-ray Combo Pack features a Blu-ray disc with the film in high definition and the special features in high definition, a DVD with the film in standard definition and a Digital version of the movie.
“Crazy Rich Asians” will also be available on Movies Anywhere. Using the free Movies Anywhere app and website, consumers can access all their eligible movies by connecting their Movies Anywhere account with their participating digital retailer accounts. Fans can also own “Crazy Rich Asians” via purchase from digital retailers.
Some Like It Hot Criterion Collection Edition
“Some Like It Hot,” one of the most beloved comedies of all time, arrives Tuesday Nov. 20 on Blu-ray and on DVD in an all-new Criterion Collection edition. This hilarious comedy by Billy Wilder and starring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon, set a new standard for Hollywood comedy. After witnessing a mob hit, Chicago musicians Joe and Jerry (Curtis and Lemmon, in landmark performances) skip town by donning drag and joining an all-female band en route to Miami. The charm of the group’s singer, Sugar Kane (Monroe, at the height of her bombshell powers) leads them ever further into extravagant lies, as Joe assumes the persona of a millionaire to woo her and Jerry’s female alter ego winds up engaged to a tycoon. With a whip-smart script by Wilder and I. A. L. Diamond, and sparking chemistry among its finely tuned cast, “Some Like It Hot” is as deliriously funny and fresh today as if it had just been made.
New 4K digital restoration, with uncompressed monaural soundtrack on the Blu-ray, Audio commentary from 1989 featuring film scholar Howard Suber, New program on Orry-Kelly’s costumes for the film, featuring costume designer and historian Deborah Nadoolman Landis and costume historian and archivist Larry McQueen, three making-of documentaries, an appearance from 1982 by director Billy Wilder on “The Dick Cavett Show,” a conversation from 2001 between Curtis and film critic Leonard Maltin, a French television interview from 1988 with Lemmon, the movie trailer plus an essay by author Sam Wasson. The suggested retail price (SRP) for the Blu-ray is $39.95 and $29.95 for the two-disc DVD.
Scrooged
Celebrate the 30th anniversary of the high-spirited Christmas classic “Scrooged” on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Tuesday Nov. 20. Comedy legend Bill Murray stars in this uproarious take on Charles Dickens’ classic tale, which has become a perennial favorite during the holidays. The film also features an all-star cast including Karen Allen, John Forsythe, Bobcat Goldthwait, Carol Kane, Robert Mitchum and Alfre Woodard.
Frank Cross (Murray) is an uncaring, and unforgiving television executive whose live production of ‘A Christmas Carol’ is more important than any true meaning of Christmas. Before the night is over, he’ll take a hilarious journey through his past and into the future to find redemption and put a little love in his heart.
The Ladybug
The animated family adventure “The Ladybug” arrives on DVD, Digital, and On Demand Tuesday Nov. 20 from Lionsgate.
Awarded the Dove Seal of Approval for all ages, “The Ladybug” is an un-bee-lievably heartwarming film about courage and perseverance featuring the voice talents of YouTube star Lisa “Lisbug” Schwartz, Teen Choice Award winner Haylie Duff (
Napoleon Dynamite”), Jon Heder (“Napoleon Dynamite”), and Norm MacDonald (“Saturday Night Live”). The Ladybug DVD includes the featurette “Giving the Characters a Voice: At the Recording Studio with Lisa ‘Lisbug’ Schwartz, Jon Heder, Haylie Duff, and Norm MacDonald.
The DVD a special featurette called “Giving the Characters a Voice: At the Recording Studio with Schwartz, Heder, Duff and MacDonald.” It will be available for the suggested retail price of $19.98.
Ingmar Bergman’s Cinema
“Ingmar Bergman’s Cinema,” a 30-disc Criterion Collection Collector’s Edition box set in celebration of the legendary filmmaker’s 100th birthday, is available Tuesday Nov. 20 on Blu-ray. It includes a 248-page book.
The most comprehensive collection of Bergman’s work ever released on home video. Organized as a film festival-with opening and closing nights bookending double features and centerpieces-this selection spans six decades and thirty-nine films, including such celebrated classics as “The Seventh Seal,” “Persona,” and “Fanny and Alexander” alongside previously unavailable works like “Dreams,” “The Rite,” and “Brink of Life.”
Accompanied by a beautifully designed book with essays on each program, as well as by more than thirty hours of supplemental features, Ingmar Bergman’s Cinema traces themes and images across Bergman’s career, blazing trails through the films for longtime fans and newcomers alike.

Little Italy
From the director of “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” and “Miss Congeniality,” and starring Emma Roberts (“Scream Queens”) and Hayden Christensen (“Life as a House”), comes the heartwarming romantic comedy “Little Italy,” available on Blu-ray (plus Digital), DVD, and Digital Tuesday Nov. 20 from Lionsgate. The film is currently available On Demand.
Alyssa Milano, Oscar nominee Danny Aiello (“Do the Right Thing”), and two-time Golden Globe winner Jane Seymour (“Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman,” “East of Eden”) also star in this heartwarming comedy about two lifelong pals whose romance is threatened by their families’ rival pizzerias.
The “Little Italy” Blu-ray and DVD includes a behind-the-scenes featurette with cast and crew interviews and trailer gallery, and will be available for the suggested retail price (SRP) of $21.99 and $19.98, respectively.

No Offence, Series 2
Acorn TV presents the DVD debut of the outrageous police procedural “No Offence, Series 2” Tuesday Nov. 20. The female-driven police procedural follows an unorthodox team of cops in Manchester.
