Focus Features’ hilarious coming-of-age story “Dìdi (弟弟)” is now available to rent or own on Digital while still playing in theaters. The film debuts on Blu-ray Tuesday, Oct. 29, from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.

In 2008, during the last month of summer before high school begins, an impressionable 13-year-old Taiwanese American boy (Izaac Wang, “Good Boys”) learns what his family can’t teach him: how to skate, how to flirt and how to love your mom.

Masterfully directed by Academy Award nominee and first-time feature filmmaker Sean Wang (“Nai Nai & Wài Pó”), “Dìdi (弟弟)” also stars Joan Chen (“Judge Dredd”), Shirley Chen (“Quiz Lady”) and Chang Li Hua (“Nai Nai & Wài Pó”). The film celebrated its world premiere earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival, where it took home both the U.S. Dramatic Audience Award and the U.S. Dramatic Special Jury Award for Best Ensemble Cast. Viewers who purchase the movie on Digital and Blu-ray will have access to a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the unique coming-of-age story — “The Making of Dìdi (弟弟)” — with commentary by the film’s director, cast and crew.

Front Row Features is giving two lucky readers a Digital copy of “Dìdi (弟弟)” to own so they can watch the film, which is currently Certified Fresh with a 96% Rotten Tomatoes score, at home anytime they want.
