The R-rated film, which launches a three-part movie event that brings to life one of the most iconic and beloved sagas in “Batman” comics history, is also now available to own on Digital.

Arkham Asylum has been destroyed. All of its inmates have been unleashed upon Gotham City. As Batman races to round up some of his greatest enemies, he is pushed to his physical and mental limits and into a final confrontation with a new threat — the man called Bane.

Starring the vocal talents of Anson Mount (“Star Trek: Strange New Worlds”) as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Michael Mando (“Spider-Man: Brand New Day”) as Bane and Pablo Schreiber (“His & Hers”) as Jean-Paul Valley/Azrael, “Batman: Knightfall Part 1: Knightfall” boasts two behind-the-scenes featurettes on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and Digital. Viewers can listen to the filmmakers reveal the vital role Robin plays in the “Batman” mythology (with an emphasis on Tim Drake), in the iconic “Batman: Knightfall” series and in its animated adaptation in “Batman Needs a Robin,” and hear the filmmakers reveal their process for breaking down the epic story, designing and animating the action, and breathing life into one of the darkest sagas in the Dark Knight’s history in “Breaking the Bat: Adapting ‘Knightfall.’”

Part 2 of the “Batman: Knightfall” trilogy will be available later in 2026, with Part 3 releasing in early 2027.
