The Bob’s Burgers Movie (Animated Comedy)

20th Century Studios’ murder-mystery adventure, “The Bob’s Burgers Movie,” will be available everywhere on Blu-ray and DVD Tuesday July 19. Additionally, fans can purchase the quirky musical film in a special 4K Ultra HD SteelBook, featuring custom artwork, available only at Best Buy.

Fans can bring the beloved Belcher family into their homes with double stacked bonus features including exclusive deleted scenes, animation extras, audio commentary and a new short, “My Butt Has A Fever.”

This animated musical comedy-mystery-adventure is based on the long-running, Emmy winning TV series. After a ruptured water main creates a sinkhole in front of Bob’s Burgers and blocks the entrance, Bob and Linda Belcher struggle to keep the business afloat, and the kids try to solve a mystery that could save the restaurant.

Bonus features include an audio commentary with H. Jon Benjamin, John Roberts, Dan Mintz, Eugene Mirman, Kristen Schaal, directors Loren Bouchard and Bernard Derriman, writer Nora Smith and production designer Ruben Hickman. There’s also a “Making Of the Movie: Bob’s Burgers” featurette with creator Bouchard talking about turning the beloved TV show into “Bob’s Burgers” the show that’s a movie, a theatrical short that was only seen in limited theaters called “Butt Has a Fever—Theatrical Version” in which the Belcher children perform in the school talent show in order to share their very important and powerful message and “Butt Has a Fever—Animatic Version,” which takes a look behind-the-scenes at the animatic of the theatrical short “My Butt Has a Fever.”

There are also three deleted scenes that have an optional audio commentary and another one without commentary. Additionally, there are animation extras with the animatics and how the film’s creators animated select scenes.

The digital version of “The Bob’s Burgers Movie” is available now.

Dual (Sci-Fi/Fantasy)

RLJE Films, a unit of AMC Networks, will release “Dual” on DVD and Blu-ray Tuesday July 19.

The sci-fi fantasy stars Karen Gillan (“Guardians of the Galaxy” franchise), Beulah Koale (“Hawaii: Five-0”) with Theo James (“Divergent” franchise) and Aaron Paul (“Breaking Bad”).

“Dual” is the third feature film by writer/director Riley Stearns, known for his previous critically acclaimed films, “The Art of Self-Defense” and “Faults.”

Upon receiving a terminal diagnosis, Sarah (Karen Gillan) opts for a cloning procedure to ease her loss on her friends and family. When she makes a sudden and miraculous recovery, her attempts to have her clone decommissioned fail and lead to a court-mandated duel to the death. Now she has one year to train her body and mind for the fight of her life.

The DVD and Blu-ray bonus features include “The Making of Dual” and a director’s audio commentary.

“Dual” will be available on DVD for the suggested retail price (SRP) of $27.97 and on Blu-ray for $28.96 (SRP).

Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko (Anime)

The charming anime film “Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko” will be released in a Blu-Ray + DVD combo, as well for digital download on all major platforms, from GKIDS, with distribution from Shout! Factory Tuesday July 19.

From acclaimed director Ayumu Watanabe (“Children of the Sea”) and Studio4°C (“MFKZ,” “Mind Game”) comes a heartwarming and moving comedy-drama with touches of magical realism. “Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko” is about an unconventional family and the bonds that they share in their sleepy seaside town.

Planned and produced by Japanese actor and comedian Sanma Akashiya, the film was based on the novel of the same name by Kanako Nishi. The uplifting film won the Axis: The Satoshi Kon Award for Excellence in Animation at the Fantasia International Film Festival and continued collecting accolades including a Best Independent Feature nomination at the 49th Annual Annie Awards.

“Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko” marks the latest collaboration between GKIDS and Studio4°C, following GKIDS’ local distribution of previous Studio4°C works “Children of the Sea” (from “Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko’s” director Ayumu Watanabe), “MFKZ,” “Mind Game,” “Genius Party” and “Genius Party Beyond.”

Packed with bonus features including a “making of” documentary, the Blu-ray + DVD combo “Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko” is currently available for pre-order on GKIDS.com and ShoutFactory.com.

Good Burger (Comedy)

Serving up loads of burgers and even more laughs, the beloved comedy classic “Good Burger” celebrates its 25th anniversary with a Limited-Edition Blu-ray SteelBook Tuesday July 19, from Paramount Home Entertainment.

Kenan Thompson (“Saturday Night Live”) and Kel Mitchell (Nickelodeon’s “All That”) reprised their roles from the wildly popular sketch on Nickelodeon’s groundbreaking “All That” for this big screen romp directed by Brian Robbins (“Varsity Blues”). Capturing the high energy and hilarious antics of two teenagers trying to save the burger joint where they work, “Good Burger” was the first big screen adaptation based on characters from the Nickelodeon universe.

The film originally was released on July 25, 1997 and features a fantastic ensemble cast, including Abe Vigoda, Sinbad, Shar Jackson, Linda Cardellini and George Clinton.

When Mondo Burger’s high-tech hamburger haven opens across the street from the tiny Good Burger diner, Ed (Mitchell) and Dexter (Thompson) find themselves in an uproarious battle with big business.

The “Good Burger” Blu-ray SteelBook includes the original “Good Burger” sketch from “All That” and access to a digital copy of the film.

Reno 911! The Hunt for QAnon (Comedy)

The original cast of the Emmy nominated Comedy Central series returns for hijinks on the high seas in the ridiculously funny “Reno 911! The Hunt for QAnon,” arriving on DVD Tuesday July 19, from Paramount Home Entertainment.

Starring Thomas Lennon, Robert Ben Garant, Kerri Kenney-Silver, Cedric Yarbrough, Carlos Alazraqui, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Niecy Nash, Mary Birdsong, and Ian Roberts, this feature-length movie reunites the cast of the hilarious hit show, which was one of the highest-rated series in Comedy Central history.  “Reno 911! The Hunt for QAnon” is the first “Reno 911!” movie since “Reno 911! Miami” in 2007.

The deputies from the Reno Sheriff’s Department are on a mission to track down the one and only Q behind all QAnon conspiracies.  Ordered to serve court papers to the mysterious Q, the team goes deep undercover on Q’s Booze Cruise (mostly just for the free cruise).  They ultimately escape only to discover they’ve landed at Jeffrey Epstein’s old island.

The “Reno 911! The Hunt for QAnon” DVD includes 10 deleted scenes.
