HOLLYWOOD—Recently called “The greatest spy show ever made,” the original “Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy” debuts on Blu-ray on April 24 with new extras, including deleted scenes and a lengthy, new interview with director John Irvin. John le Carré’s classic Cold War-era spy drama stars Alec Guinness (Obi-Wan Kenobi in “Star Wars”)  as George Smiley in the universally acclaimed 1979 BBC miniseries.
