Hurricane Irma get a chance to see the 1982 classic, directed by Nicholas Meyer, by setting two additional screenings.

These special additional screenings will happen one day only—Thursday, Sept. 21, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Nearly 250 theaters nationwide will participate in this encore presentation, which includes an introductory interview with William Shatner.

While Admiral James T. Kirk (Shatner) and Captain Spock (Leonard Nimoy) train the next generation of officers at Starfleet Academy, another vessel from the United Federation of Planets is set to launch a planet-creating Genesis Device in a remote quadrant of the universe. After two of Kirk’s officers are kidnapped, the veteran starship captain returns to the U.S.S. Enterprise’s helm to retrieve them. In the process, he goes up against an old adversary, the ruthless renegade Khan (Ricardo Montalban).
